the graphics are awful and theres no sound, and the game play is awful, the enemys are a couple of blocks and the game ends with a single blank screen, try a lot harder at making games.

Die Hard wannabe...

Hello! Like it or loathe it, I'm reviewing again. So, the latest game I had the joy to review is "Do Hard". So, let's get started.
In this game, we play both a badly drawn stick figure and what appears to be a plan view of a human, called Dave. So, as Dave, we must sneak past the deadly red squares with guns on them. Guided by a Metal Gear Solid esque radar, we must get through each room quickly, otherwise our radar will "screw up co-ordinates". You'd think a top secret agent could afford a better radar, but no. I guess he drew the short straw. So, I make my way hesitantly past the red square, but whats this! He has found me! I am shot! Thankfully, I am still alive and well. But wait... He's stopped now... He's... He's walking away! Security in this building is seriously lacking!
So, I make my way to the next room. I am confronted by not one, not three, not four, not five, but TWO red squares. I use my best tactics to evade them, but I'm caught and shot dead. The baddies stand over my corpse triumphantly, and I am told I "Should have been more careful". So, I restart. and do it again. This time I make it past the second room, and into an air vent. I am greeted by a well drawn Dave making his way through, then I regain control. Now, I am a green square. But not any old green square, I'm a green square on a mission. I must get through this vent, which I do, in a matter of seconds. I drop behind an enemy grunt, and the game ends. What? Maybe I did something wrong? Nope, same thing again. The game just ends abruptly. I am outraged! What will happen to Dave, our super hero who can take on multiple forms (stick man, green square and plan view man with no legs)! Will he eever defeat the evil red squares with guns on them??? Sadly, or gladly, I doubt we will ever find out....

Ok, this is my fault, lemme explain...
This was my first game, I've kinda gotten better, my catalogue is very mixed nowadays, but all the graphics are good so that makes up for something right?!?!
Do Hard was born after I played metal gear solid, I looked at the game and saw that the whole AI thing witht he enemies was done from the radar, and I thought "WOW! I'll try that in Klik and Play!" After an afternoon's effort, I gave up and sent the final product to here, intending to animate things, fix graphics and basically make this seem like the marrow of the game's skeleton. It was more of a bad demo of a demo.
Check out that www.create-games.com site, look for elkwoodjack or aaron_brammer, check out my Texas Chainsaw Massacre, kinda good, non linear, well drawn overhead adventure, check out my Freddy vs. Jason, ugly in places but brilliant compared to this. My other games are fun to me, Adventures of Aaron is so avante guarde I can guarantee no one will understand. After seeing them you will all notice I am a graphics man.
This game is pretty bad. You need work on your games. You must have thrown this up in 5 minutes??? And finish your games before submit them! I would take this off the site...
