I liked this game very much! The graphic whas great but you need some challenges! Like spikes on the ground or monsters or something like that...
Good luck on the update:D
Ok, to be honest, it wasn't the greatest of games... but there was something about it that I liked very much. I think it was the potential that it could have.
Graphics: Rather hopeless, the character had one sprite. If there was a way to make it look like it was rolling or something then it would be much better. Also, there was no background. Background is very important and it can be so easy to do. What's wrong with using a simple fade? But, I do like the fact that all the graphics were made by yourself so, well done.
Sound/Music: What Sound?
Gameplay: You used the built-in TGF platform engine. Biggest downfall. But if this is your first game then fair enough. The stick to the roof thing is very irritating and can be easily sorted out. But everything, is a good idea.
Overall: To improve vastly, you must learn the ways of the Static engine. On this site you can find many Static Engine tutorials which can help you very much. Look into it.
